In some cases a service call may be needed to correct a problem. This would include repairs to wiring, setting up routers and wireless devices, and repairs to BTES equipment if the damage was found to be caused by the customer.
Service call pricing:
Monday-Friday: $65 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments
Weekends: $100 per hour, 1 hour minimum
Holidays: $120 per hour, 1 hour minimum
